Laptop for Youth CAD Training - $500
As part of our passion to mentor the youth in our community our museum has a Youth CAD Design class that we offer twice a year. The class is free. Students ages 14 to 23 learn to read B-25 factor drawings to create 3D models of those parts in SolidWorks CAM.
We need standardized and powerful laptops for the students in this class. A collective pledge of $500 will allow the museum to purchase one laptop for our CAD class. If total pledges reach $1000 then we'll be able to purchase two laptops.
The images below are from the 2017 CAD class. You will notice that we start each class with the Pledge of Alliance. We had 10 students and one Marine veteran attend the previous class.
